1. General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and wbaji ("wbaji", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the wbaji website located at wbaji.app and all associated services, products, games, and betting markets offered thereon.
By completing the registration process, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game on the wbaji platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wbaji platform.
wbaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided via the platform. Continued use of wbaji following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the wbaji Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and wbaji.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
Use of the wbaji platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period in which they hold an active wbaji account:
- You are at least 18 years of age. wbaji is strictly an 18+ platform and gambling services are not available to minors under any circumstances.
- You are accessing wbaji in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, commercial entity, or gambling syndicate.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of wbaji or any of its affiliated technology, payment, or game-provider partners.
- You are not registered as a self-excluded player on wbaji or under any active self-exclusion agreement that covers use of this platform.
- You have not previously had a wbaji account closed for breach of these Terms or any related policy.
wbaji applies age verification checks during the registration process. Additionally, before processing any withdrawal request, wbaji conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) review that includes documentary proof of age. Acceptable identification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Providing false, altered, or fraudulent identification documents is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each individual may hold only one registered account on wbaji at any given time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, wbaji reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to void any winnings, bonuses, or balances therein.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or the identity of any other person. The name, date of birth, and payment details you register must match the identification documents you submit during KYC verification. Any material discrepancy between registration data and submitted documents may result in account restriction or closure.
3.1 Account Security
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wbaji username and password. wbaji will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any bet placed, deposit made, or withdrawal requested using your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, irrespective of whether the action was taken by a third party who obtained unauthorised access to your account.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify wbaji immediately by emailing [email protected]. wbaji will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account pending the outcome of that investigation. wbaji cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
wbaji reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any player at any time, including but not limited to prior to the first withdrawal, following a significant change in betting patterns, or as part of a routine compliance review. Players are required to submit requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by the wbaji compliance team. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified period may result in account restriction and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on wbaji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The platform does not support multi-currency wallets; all deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT.
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit on wbaji is ৳500. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. wbaji does not charge a platform fee on any deposit made via these channels, though individual mobile financial service providers may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their own fee schedules.
Deposits are typically credited to your wbaji wallet within a few minutes of payment confirmation from the relevant provider. In exceptional circumstances — such as during high-traffic BPL match-day periods or due to technical issues at the payment provider's end — processing may take longer. 4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within two to four hours of the request being submitted and approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
wbaji reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal request for the purposes of identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. Where a withdrawal is withheld for compliance reasons, the player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide the information required to resolve the matter. wbaji will not process any withdrawal to a third-party account or payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
wbaji offers sports betting markets — principally cricket, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral Bangladesh Tigers series — alongside live casino games and video slots. The specific rules governing each betting market and each game type are set by the relevant game or market rules published on the platform and, where applicable, by the rules of the game provider supplying the title.
5.1 Bet Acceptance and Void Bets
A bet is only considered accepted when you receive a confirmed bet reference number from the wbaji platform. Bets accepted in error — for example, due to a manifest pricing error where odds were clearly incorrect — may be voided by wbaji at its discretion. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.
wbaji reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, corruption, or any other form of manipulation of the sporting event on which the bet was placed. Decisions by wbaji to void bets under these circumstances are final.
5.2 In-Play Betting
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and closure at any time, including during live play, at the discretion of wbaji's trading team. wbaji cannot be held liable for any inability to place or amend an in-play bet due to market suspension. All in-play bet settlements are based on the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the relevant sporting body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI).
5.3 Casino and Slots Games
All casino and slot game outcomes on wbaji are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology provided and independently audited by the relevant game supplier. wbaji does not alter or interfere with game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed in the game interface and the result recorded on the wbaji server, the server record shall be the definitive record for settlement purposes.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
wbaji offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and special offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, which take precedence over general bonus terms. The following general rules apply to all wbaji bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:
- Bonuses are credited to the bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the specific offer terms. Unmet wagering requirements will cause the bonus and bonus-derived winnings to expire and be removed from the account.
- Bonuses are issued for personal recreational use only and may not be shared, transferred, or sold.
- wbaji reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
- A player may hold only one active welcome bonus at a time. Attempting to claim the same promotional offer more than once — including through multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and potential account closure.
- Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, live dealer games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. The specific contribution rates applicable to each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms.
7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on wbaji, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
- Fraudulent activity: Providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, or engaging in any form of financial fraud on the platform.
- Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one wbaji account, whether under the same or a different identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
- Arbitrage and exploitation: Systematically exploiting pricing errors, bonus offers, or game mechanics in a way that guarantees a risk-free profit regardless of outcome.
- Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to place bets, play games, or interact with the wbaji platform without prior written consent from wbaji.
- Money laundering: Using the wbaji platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. wbaji is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required by law.
- Abuse of staff: Using threatening, abusive, or offensive language towards wbaji support staff or any other platform user is not tolerated under any circumstances.
wbaji employs a combination of automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, wbaji may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: suspension of the account, cancellation of pending bets, forfeiture of bonus balances, withholding of withdrawal requests pending investigation, or permanent closure of the account. Where applicable, wbaji reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies against players found to have engaged in fraudulent conduct.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
wbaji reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms or any related policy.
- Continuing to operate the account would expose wbaji or third parties to financial, legal, reputational, or regulatory risk.
- The account is the subject of a fraud investigation, money laundering investigation, or law enforcement enquiry.
- The player has requested self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
- The player is under 18 years of age or has provided false age information during registration.
Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms — for example, at the player's own request or following a routine eligibility review with no adverse findings — any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after all standard verification checks have been completed.
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or underage gambling — wbaji reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending winnings.
8.1 Voluntary Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to voluntarily exclude themselves from the wbaji platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so by contacting [email protected] and requesting self-exclusion. Voluntary self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During any active self-exclusion period, wbaji will not process new registrations from the excluded individual and will suppress all marketing communications to that individual. 8.2 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising between you and wbaji in connection with these Terms, your account, or any transaction on the platform, you should first contact wbaji's support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. wbaji will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any dispute promptly and fairly.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally, wbaji's decision — as communicated in writing to the player — shall be final and binding in respect of all matters falling within wbaji's operational jurisdiction as set out in these Terms.
wbaji reserves the right to assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity, affiliated company, or acquirer of all or substantially all of wbaji's business assets, without requiring your consent, provided that such assignment does not materially reduce your rights under these Terms.
